This was the 3rd year in a row that I designed all the creative pieces from the Denver Human Services Masquerade Ball. It is a really cool project and a very meaningful one that I try to give my all to. This year it was a virtual Ball with an online auction that featured hand painted masks created in partnership between local artists and children who live at the Denver Family Crisis Center and The Tennyson Center for Children, which are residential treatment centers for youth who have experienced trauma in their short lives. Each mask was paired with a package of donated items including hotel stays, show tickets, restaurant gift cards, museum passes and more. All of the proceeds from the auction will be used to serve the children and families of the GIVE Denver Center with needs beyond the standard assistance benefits.
